Trying real hard to get my head straighten out. It's crazy how bad
habits are hard to remove from my head. I was doing so well. Then all sudden these last few days I feel like I'm losing control. I woke up this morning working hard redirecting my brain into
positive thinking. Reminding myself "not think about it, just do it." Just do the right thing and not think about all the bad things I'm doing. The more I worry, the worst I do for myself. Keep the positive force.
