Today I got on the scale and weight 213 pounds. I'm going to loose 50 pounds in eleven months. December 10
th I will weigh 163 pounds. I'm not going to count calories or write the foods I eat either. I always set myself up for
failure. I'm going to eat healthier. And this time I'm just going to do it and not worry about every little thing. I'm going to eat less and move more.
